Shipping & Returns

There are several ways to obtain a refund depending on your situation.

If your item is faulty:
You may return it for a refund or replacement of the same item.

If your just not satisfied with the item:
You may still return it but for an in-store credit to use on anything else (full item price - shipping charge). You will be emailed a gift certificate to use. You don't have to use it all at once. Gift certificate is transferrable from person to person.

Don't need anything else and don't want the in-store credit?
You may still return it, but there will be a 15% restocking fee

No matter which option you choose, you must be logged in to your account, and then please fill out the form here to get an RMA number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.
